Cancellation Policy

Hanami Massage & Spa — Booking Policy A $10 deposit per person is required for online bookings and will be applied toward your service total. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or miss your appointment. No additional cancellation or no-show fee will be charged. If you need to reschedule, please call us before your appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and any deposit transfer must be confirmed by our staff. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session, with the full service price still applicable. For group bookings, a $10 deposit is required for each guest. Please confirm your group size so we can reserve enough therapists. If we need to cancel your appointment and cannot arrange a suitable alternative, your deposit will be refunded.
